“Dialoghi” the performance of the MOTUS Company
The Chianti Festival begins on the 8th of July at 7.00 pm with “Dialoghi” by the MOTUS Company, a site-specific dance performance created for the space of Parco Sculture del Chianti in Pievasciata, a magic place where nature meets contemporary art.
In this environment harmonized mixture of artworks, trees, sounds, colors, lights and other elements of the forest, the dance of MOTUS will take place. The piece is a contemporary story to denounce the destruction of nature due to the economic interests threatening the planet and mortgaging the future generations. The show spreads through the amphitheater space, involving the spectators in a direct emotional relationship where public and artists have the same right of citizenship. A performance that requires a reflection on the responsibility and role that everyone can and must have in the battle for environmental protection, so that, after the dreaded storm, the sun returns to illuminate a better world.
The performance, with the coreography of Simona Cieri and Martina Agricoli, directed by Rosanna e Simona Cieri, is performed by Martina Agricoli, Paloma Biagioli, Filippo Di Crosta, Ilaria Fratantuono, Roberta Morello e Mattia Solano.
