The show of dance theatre entitled “Della tua carne” becomes spokesman of the man right to live, in “every” case, inviting the spectator to a deep reflection on the absurdity of the capital punishment……………… Performed the last first October to the Vascello Theatre in Roma by the Motus Company of Siena, the show “Della tua carne” opened the annual review of dance………………. Bared bodies, huddled up, reduced to miserable meat from slaughter house they appear on the stage to testify the narrow cells of isolation. Violences and practices of torture are simulated with footsteps of dance to remember that currently they are 132 the countries in which the waterboarding and other forms of physical and bodily humiliation are used for extorting confessions from the suspected of crimes………. The hazard, very well succeeded, is that to recreate the sense of the cynicism associating to the desperate moments of surreal irony. The constant research and experimentation of gestural languages about themes of strong social impact characterizes the job of the Motus, artists recognized to international level and winners of the Teatarfest Award in the 2006 and 2008 editions.
