Personal data processing

MOTUS A.C., controller of the personal data processing, in accordance with articles 13 and 14 of the EU Regolation 679/2016, provides the following informations

 

a) CONTROLLER
MOTUS A.C , Fiscal Code 00874800527, e-mail: info@motusdanza.it , registered office: Via Mencattelli 5/7, Siena (Italy).

b) PERSONAL DATA
• Personal-non sensitive data.

In particular, the following data will be requested:

1. Registration:  name, surname, gender, address, place and date of birth, nationality, medical certificate (not competitive sport activities). These information are needed to be admitted as a member of the association and the refusal to comply will prevent the registration.

Optional information: e-mail, telephone number, membership of other association.

Treatment duration: until the closure of the association

2. Employment relanshionship: name, surname, address, place and date of birth , fiscal code and other information needed to determine and pay the remuneration and to fulfil legal obligations. 

Treatment duration: 10 years

3. Relationships with other associations: in case of collaboration with other associations, MOTUS may acquire the identifying data of other associations. These information will be used only for the pertaining purposes.

Treatment duration: 10 years

4. Auditions, workshops: name, surname, address, place and date of birth, curriculum vitae, photos and video. These information are needed to evaluate the candidates.

Treatment duration: 10 years

 

5. Traineeships: name, surname, address,

place and date of birth, curriculum vitae, photos and video. These information are needed to evaluate the candidates.

Treatment duration: 10 years

 

6. Newsletter: name, surname, e-mail (to send information related to the activities of the association).
Treatment duration: until the deletion request.

c) PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS
Data source: data provided by the concerned person.
Principal purpose: data protection
In particular, data will be used for the following purposes:
• registration
• employment relationship
• young dancer selection or student selection for traineeships
• newsletter
Legal basis: the concerned person agreed to the treatment of data for one or more purposes.

 

d) RECIPIENTS
Esclusively for the abovementioned purposes, data will be communicated to the internal staff and to the contractors (the list is available at the processor headquarter). In order to complete the registration process, the data of the members of the association will be communicated to ARCI Siena. 

 

e) DATA TRANSFER
The personal data will not be transferred outside the EU, with the exception of employee.cons

 

f) DATA STORAGE
Data will be processed according to the principles of lawfulness, accuracy, relevance and proportionality, using also telematic and computer information technology. Data will be stored for the period of time needed to ahcieve the abovementioned purposes. If the storage is not needed or if the storage is not provided for by legislation, data will be cancelled or transformed in an anonymised form. The systems used for data treament are configured in order to minimise the use of data.

 

g) RIGHTS OF THE  PERSON CONCERNED
The person concerned has the right to have access to data concerning him/her. The person concerned may exercise the following rights:information, access to data, data correction, erasure of data, restriction of processing, data portability, lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, withdrawal of consent (withdrawal of consent is without prejudice to the lawfulness of the former data treatment based on the former agreement).
